These beautiful veggies are a staple in my kitchen and part of many dishes I prepare. Last night’s dinner was casual and quick, so the veggies ended up as a delicious part of our grilled Italian sausage panini. Marinated green beans and a green salad on the side. T-Bone steaks were on sale, so we had a giant one cut for us to try our hand at making Bistecca Fiorentina that we enjoyed so much at @francescovini in Florence last September. Thanks to @berntrafalgar for the great restaurant recommendation. Our creation was very good, but we have to keep working on it to get it more like the original!
